Delivery

We ship your order quickly and reliably within Germany. Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete so that your goods arrive safely.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened and in perfect condition, especially food items for hygiene reasons. Contact our customer service in advance so we can process the return or exchange quickly and easily.
