What Is Sweet Almond Oil?

Sweet almond oil is obtained from the kernels of the sweet almond (Prunus dulcis). Cold pressing extracts the oil from the kernels without added heat. It has a pale yellow colour, a very subtle scent and a light texture that spreads easily.
